These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “Affiliate”) and Relentless Market LLC (“Relentless Market,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a South Carolina limited liability company, governing your access to and use of all products, digital materials, subscriptions, webinars, playbooks, affiliate programs, tools, swipe files, AI-generated content, and related services offered by Relentless Market LLC (collectively, the “Services”). 

By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of all Services. 

 

1. Educational Purposes Only – No Financial or Trading Advice 

• All content and materials provided through our Services are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. 

• Relentless Market LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, tax professional, legal advisor, or financial institution and does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. 

• No content, including webinars, playbooks, guides, examples, testimonials, or AI-generated materials, should be construed as financial advice or an endorsement to act without consulting your own licensed professionals. 

• You agree that any reliance on our Services is at your sole risk, and you will always seek independent advice before making financial decisions. 

 

2. No Warranties or Guarantees of Outcomes 

• All Services and content, including AI-generated playbooks or documents, are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. 

• We make no guarantees that you will earn any specific income, achieve particular results, or that our materials are error-free or uninterrupted. 

• Success stories or examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar outcomes. 

• Your results depend on your individual efforts, market conditions, compliance with laws, and other factors outside our control. 

 

3. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Marketing 

• You represent, warrant, and agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: 

• U.S. federal and state laws such as the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and IRS rules. 

• International laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and consumer protection laws relevant to your jurisdiction. 

• You shall not use Relentless Market Services or materials in any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unlawful manner, including false advertising or unlicensed financial promotion. 

• Unauthorized or unethical use, including but not limited to bots, fake accounts, or spamming, will result in immediate suspension or termination and potential legal action. 

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of AI Content 

• All intellectual property rights in all Services and materials, including but not limited to playbooks, webinars, marketing content, software, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated content, are exclusively owned by Relentless Market LLC. 

• You acknowledge that AI-generated playbooks, documents, and other content remain the intellectual property of Relentless Market and/or its licensors, subject to copyright and trade secret protections. 

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without our explicit written consent. 

• Any unauthorized use, including attempts to reverse engineer or decompile AI content or Services, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal penalties. 

 

5. User and Affiliate Obligations 

• Affiliates and users act solely as independent contractors (1099) and not as employees, partners, or agents of Relentless Market. 

• You agree to use only company-approved marketing materials and language. Any unapproved claims, exaggerated income promises, or false representations are grounds for termination and legal action. 

• You shall not offer or promote any investment, financial product, or trading service in connection with Relentless Market. 

• Use of bots, automation to inflate metrics, fake leads, or unethical promotional methods is prohibited. 

• Affiliates are solely responsible for accurate tax reporting and compliance in their jurisdictions. 

• Relentless Market reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate agreements for violations or suspected misconduct. 

 

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification 

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Market LLC, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services. 

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relentless Market LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: 

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law. 

• Your misuse or unauthorized use of our Services or intellectual property. 

• Your violation of third-party rights. 

 

7. Data Privacy and Security 

• We collect and process personal data necessary to deliver Services in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. 

• All personal and payment data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. 

• We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties. 

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials. 

• Relentless Market shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect information or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. 

 

8. Modifications to Terms, Services, and Pay Structures 

• We reserve the unilateral right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our Services, including Terms, commission structures, pricing, features, or access, at any time without prior notice. 

• Continued use of the Services or participation in affiliate programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

 

9. Termination and Suspension 

• We may suspend or terminate your access or participation without notice if you: 

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws. 

• Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal conduct. 

• Misrepresent our business or content. 

• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. 

• We reserve the right to withhold any pending payments during investigation and may pursue legal remedies. 

 

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law 

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Services shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina. 

• You waive any rights to a jury trial or class action lawsuits. 

• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

 

11. Entire Agreement 

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legally binding agreements you enter into with Relentless Market LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Services. 

• No other promises, representations, or agreements (oral or written) shall bind the parties unless incorporated herein in writing. 

 

12. Severability 

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect. 

 

13. Force Majeure 

• Relentless Market LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of third-party services.
