Subscription Billing Disclosure

1. General Subscription Terms 

By subscribing to any service or product offered by Relentless Market LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Subscription Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which form a legally binding contract between you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) and Relentless Market LLC. 

2. Subscription Fees 

• Payment Amount: Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Fees are subject to change upon notice, but changes will only apply starting with the next billing cycle after notice. 

• Billing Period: Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as specified at sign-up. The first billing cycle starts upon successful payment processing. 

• Currency: Payments are processed in the currency specified at checkout. Currency conversion fees may apply and are your responsibility. 

• Discounts and Promotions: Discounts, promotional codes, or offers are valid only as described and may be revoked at our sole discretion. 

3. Recurring Billing & Automatic Renewal 

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. 

• Billing Date: Billing occurs on the date you initially subscribed, or the closest corresponding date in subsequent months or years. 

• Payment Failures: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access after a grace period. You must update payment info promptly to avoid disruption. 

4. Trial Periods 

• Trial Offers: Trial details, including duration and limitations, will be disclosed at sign-up. 

• Conversion to Paid Subscription: After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before trial expiration. 

• Trial Cancellation: You may cancel during the trial to avoid charges. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds 

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the website or support. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund the current billing period. 

• No Refunds: All subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. 

• Chargebacks and Fraud: Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination and possible legal action. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be reported to law enforcement. 

6. Subscription Term and Renewal 

• Term: Subscription length is as specified at purchase. 

• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. 

• Fee Changes: Fee changes will be communicated in advance and only apply after the current period. You may cancel before changes take effect. 

7. Payment Information 

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and current payment information. 

• Authorization: You authorize charges to your selected payment method. 

• Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed by third-party vendors. You agree to their terms and policies. 

8. Changes to Terms and Service Suspension 

• Term Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time with prior notice via email or website updates. Continued subscription use implies acceptance of changes. 

• Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate subscriptions at our discretion for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or violation of terms. No refunds upon suspension or termination. 

9. International Users 

• Compliance: International subscribers must comply with their country’s tax, customs, and import/export laws. 

• Additional Fees: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction or financial institution. 

• Currency Risks: Currency exchange and transaction fees are your responsibility. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Market LLC and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from subscription use or inability to use the services. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 

11. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relentless Market LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, fraud, misuse, or breach of any representation or warranty. 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Richland County, South Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. 

13. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

14. Force Majeure 

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, labor disputes, or technical failures.
