1. Ownership of Intellectual Property 

All digital products, including but not limited to playbooks, courses, webinars, eBooks, videos, graphics, software, scripts, templates, marketing materials, AI tools, and any accompanying documentation (collectively, the “Products”) provided by Relentless Market LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Relentless Market LLC or its content licensors. 

These Products are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and all applicable international intellectual property treaties and laws. 

You acknowledge that: 

• All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights are and shall remain the property of Relentless Market LLC. 

• Unauthorized use or distribution will result in immediate termination of your license, potential legal action, and statutory damages under applicable law. 

2. License Grant 

Upon your lawful purchase or authorized access, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal and non-commercial educational purposes only. 

You may not: 

• Resell, redistribute, copy, share, sublicense, lease, or transfer the Products or derivative works based on them. 

• Use the Products as part of any automated system, AI-training dataset, commercial training program, or media distribution without explicit written consent. 

Violations will be deemed willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c), and we reserve the right to seek the maximum allowable damages. 

3. Strict Prohibitions 

You shall not, under any circumstances: 

• Reproduce, publicly display, upload, or share any Products on forums, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Reddit, or any social/media channels. 

• Alter or remove copyright notices, trademarks, digital watermarks, or DRM mechanisms. 

• Reverse engineer, copy structure/content, or replicate any strategy, script, or tradecraft. 

• Use any Product in connection with unlicensed financial advising, investment schemes, or trading signal services. 

4. Digital Rights Management (DRM) & Watermarking 

To protect our intellectual property: 

• All Products are embedded with visible and invisible watermarks, tied to the purchaser’s identity. 

• Some Products may include AI-based tracking or DRM that monitors distribution activity. 

• Attempts to disable or circumvent these systems are strictly prohibited and may trigger legal enforcement and account suspension. 

5. Affiliate & Reseller Licensing 

Any third party promoting, distributing, or referring our Products must have a signed Affiliate or Reseller Agreement on file. Absent such agreement: 

• You are not authorized to profit from or publicly promote our Products. 

• Violators are subject to contract termination, legal damages, and forfeiture of earnings. 

All affiliate content must adhere to our marketing compliance guidelines, and misrepresentation of our Product capabilities is strictly prohibited. 

6. International Use & Restrictions 

Products may not be legally available in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for: 

• Ensuring compliance with local copyright laws, import/export regulations, and content distribution restrictions in your country. 

• We make no representations or warranties that the Products are appropriate or legally distributable outside the United States. 

Any use of Products in countries subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions is expressly prohibited. 

7. License Termination 

We may terminate your license at any time if you breach this Policy, without refund or notice. Upon termination: 

• You must immediately cease all use, delete, and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. 

• Legal action may follow depending on the severity of the breach. 

8. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA Notice) 

If you believe any Product or content infringes your copyright, send a formal DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include: 

• A detailed description of the allegedly infringing content.

9. Enforcement and Monitoring 

We reserve the right to: 

• Use tracking technologies to monitor downloads, access patterns, and potential misuse. 

• Issue takedown notices, pursue civil and criminal penalties, or refer matters to law enforcement. 

• Work with third-party copyright enforcement firms and use blockchain-based proof of ownership. 

Statutory damages for willful copyright infringement may reach up to $150,000 per violation under U.S. law. 

10. Indemnification 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relentless Market LLC, its officers, employees, licensors, agents, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from: 

• Your breach of this Policy. 

• Unauthorized use, sharing, or exploitation of our Products. 

• Misrepresentation or misuse as an affiliate, educator, or third-party marketer. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent allowed by law: 

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were advised of the possibility. 

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in question. 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13. Non-Waiver and Severability
