This Copyright and Watermark Policy (“Policy”) governs the ownership, licensing, distribution, and protection of all copyrighted content, watermarked materials, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and digital assets created by or for Relentless Market LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, using, reproducing, or distributing any of our content in any form, you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Policy and our Terms of Service.
- COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
A. Full Ownership
All materials developed, produced, and distributed by Relentless Market LLC (“Content”), including but not limited to:
- Training materials
- Playbooks
- Marketing assets
- Videos, images, and audio
- Written content
- Digital products
- Subscriptions
- Software and white-label applications
- Courseware and platform features
are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Relentless Market LLC and are protected under:
- U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17 U.S.C.)
- Lanham Act (Trademark Law)
- The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
- International treaties including the Berne Convention
No ownership or derivative rights are transferred to the user, affiliate, licensee, or partner under any condition unless a separate, notarized, written agreement is executed by the Company.
B. Copyright Notice Requirement
All Content shall display the following notice in a prominent location:

Failure to maintain the notice on any redistributed content shall be considered willful infringement.
- DIGITAL WATERMARKING POLICY
A. Watermark Purpose and Scope
All distributed content may contain visible or invisible digital watermarks, serial identifiers, or embedded metadata that serve as traceable ownership markers. These are used to:
- Deter unauthorized use or reproduction
- Trace leaks or unauthorized redistribution
- Identify violators for legal prosecution
Removing, altering, or obscuring a watermark is a direct violation of federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 1202) and subject to civil and criminal penalties.
B. Restrictions on Use of Watermarked Content
Users may only use watermarked content if:
- You are a current affiliate in good standing, with express written permission
- You are a customer using the content for personal and educational use under a binding Customer Agreement
Any unauthorized modification, reproduction, commercial use, or public display of watermarked content will:
- Immediately terminate all rights and access
- Trigger formal notice of infringement
- Result in legal and/or financial penalties
- UNAUTHORIZED USE AND PENALTIES
A. Prohibited Uses Include:
- Uploading content to public or private websites, forums, or social media
- Selling, renting, or sublicensing any portion of our content
- Using our materials in any third-party educational or promotional programs without written permission
- Using our content in AI, blockchain, NFTs, or commercial machine learning models
B. Civil and Criminal Penalties
Violation of this Policy may result in:
- Statutory damages of up to $150,000 per instance under U.S. Copyright Law
- Injunctions and cease-and-desist orders
- Attorney’s fees, court costs, and punitive damages
- FBI investigation and criminal prosecution for willful infringement
- LIMITED LICENSE — NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE
Users may be granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited-use license, which may be terminated at any time, for any reason, without refund or notice.
Upon termination or breach of any agreement, you must immediately destroy all digital and physical copies of our content in your possession.
- INFRINGEMENT REPORTING (DMCA)
To report suspected infringement, submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent with:
- Your contact information
- A detailed description of the allegedly infringed work
- The location (URL or other) of the infringing material
- A good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- A sworn statement that your claim is accurate, signed under penalty of perjury

- INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relentless Market LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from:
- All claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, legal fees, and costs
- Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized redistribution of our content
- Any violation of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws
- GOVERNING LAW, VENUE, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved:
- In the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina
- Via mandatory arbitration, if elected by Relentless Market LLC, in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
- RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Relentless Market LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. No waiver of any breach of this Policy shall be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
- AMENDMENTS
This Policy may be amended, revised, or updated at any time. You will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use of our content constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.
